Australian Project Solutions Pty Ltd is a specialist firm, established in 1997 to provide specialised marine and environmental engineering construction services to the public and private sectors.

In response to a need in the market, Australian Project Solutions Pty Ltd undertakes specialist construction of marine, coastal and environmental projects. Typical projects include, construction and or rehabilitation of coastal and marine works, waste management infrastructure facilities and other general environmental and civil projects.

The primary goal of Australian Project Solutions is to ensure that all projects undertaken are completed, on budget, to a time schedule, and to a quality standard which exceeds the clients expectation. 

The nature of services provided by Australian Project Solutions is both diverse and comprehensive and includes:

• Project construction via APS’s highly skilled employee’s ensuring a high quality level of construction
• Project management and project implementation on behalf of clients, supervising all aspects of the project from design to feasibility, construction and commissioning.

The firm can supply a full range of project management advice and services to a diverse client base including Federal, State and Local Government Authorities, Civil Engineering Consultants, Building and Road Construction Contractors, Private Sector Companies, Developers and other sectors of industry.

The two principles, Shane Hickey and Mark Krstic both perform all project management activities. Both partners experience and qualifications, together with their commitment to providing clients with a quality service will ensure that each project is performed to the highest level, ensuring a minimum cost to the client. Both Mark and Shane have professional qualification., Mark Krstic has a Master of Environmental Engineering Degree with 15 years of engineering experience while Shane Hickey has a Master of Applied Science Degree with 25 years of engineering experience.
