Works included:

• Demolition of existing timber marina
• Design of new floating marina
• Site establishment of floating plant and equipment, including mobilization of 100T crane onto floating barge
• Supply and pile driving of large 508 mm dia steel tubes using floating piling rig
• Supply and installation of Bellingham ‘Unifloat’ pre-cast concrete pontoons
• Supply, fabrication and installation of aluminum gangways
• Supply and installation of electrical and water services to each marina berth
• Signage and final commission of the marina.
