• Timber and steel tube piling works.
• Construction of 140 lineal metres of timber boardwalk and 2 No Jetty structures.
• Sewerage and drainage reticulation works.
• Construction of exposed aggregate concrete footpaths (700 lineal metres) associated kerb and channel works, concrete approaches and 150 lineal metres of structural retaining wall.
• Construction of Convenience Centre including toilets, plant room, BBQ and furniture.
• General marine works including dredging, installation of screw piles for structural retaining wall, upgrade of boat pump out facility and rock stabilisation works.
• Installation of aluminium gangway and floating pontoon system.
• Electrical and street lighting works.
• Bulk earthworks and General landscaping works
