Australian Project Solutions is committed to the systematic implementation and operation of a quality management system which embraces all aspects of the firm’s activities. The principles recognise that getting it right the first time enhances the firm’s reputation with its clients and increases its competitiveness. The principles of the firm are committed to the following quality objectives;

• to advise clients and employee’s (including subcontractors) of the emphasis directors place on achieving quality
• to assure clients that the firm’s services are carried out in a manner which demonstrates integrity, competency and reliability.
• to regularly review the training needs and skills of the firm’s staff to ensure they
  are commensurate with the expertise and range of consulting services offered by
  the firm, and
• to systematically eliminate potential quality deficiencies.

To ensure that quality is well managed throughout the organisation , the principles are presently implementing a quality based system upon the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001-1994, Quality Systems- Model for Quality Assurance in Design, Development, Production, Installation, and Servicing.

 an effective understanding of clients briefs, planning and control of the managerial and technical aspects of all work, assigning competent staff to undertake the work , and verifying that all outputs meet the particular requirements of each client.
